1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

• Pre-orders secure your place in the upcoming batch
• Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis
• Dispatch will take place once stock becomes available

Customers will be notified when their order is ready to ship.

3. UK Shipping

• Delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch
• All orders are fully tracked
• Signature may be required on delivery

4. International Shipping

• Available upon request
• Delivery times vary depending on location
• Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

6. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier issues
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

9. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
